The hotel is beautiful and modern, located at the foot of a lake which is the end of one of Aveiro's canals. Breakfast is served in a comfortable room with a view of the lake, with varied and abundant options. The SPA is lively, but small, more focused on treatments than on the circuit. The modern and functional rooms.
Frustrating arrival, when a young employee at the reception prevented our check-in, very dry in the treatment, because she had not brought the card with which she had paid by Internet. And this despite the fact that the room was paid for three nights and I gave her my identity card. I had to look up my bank account movements, and show her the note that matched the payment. The other fiasco was that the mattress in the double room was overdue, and my wife couldn't sleep all night. True, the next day, a very nice receptionist moved us to another room.

Breakfast was perfect and particularly nice, I thoroughly enjoyed almost everything.
Well, it was a such great stay for 1 night. The food was tasteful and there were lots of dishes in the menu. The room was incredible and exceptionally nice and had a personal safe, a mini bar and central heating as pictured in advertising.

hotel itself, inside and out, is beautifully situated next to the river itself and room was spacious and very well equipped. bed was big and comfortable and we liked the welcome detail of a bottle of water and candies. In the bathroom they don't have the "typical" amenities, they have wonderful rituals brand dispensers. I thought it was great that you could get in without any extra cost and without any time limit access to the spa and pool. If you go by car in front of the hotel, there is a big esplanade where you can park your car for free and you don't need to move it because it's only 10 minutes walk to the tourist area of Aveiro.
Well, I didn't like that there was no outlet in the bathroom where I could plug in the hair iron. Then at the entrance of the room on the wall, at foot level because there was like a mini light that could not be turned off and to sleep it was uncomfortable to see a light in the corridor. Then the spa is already small and stays even more when there are many people, some of which take over the jets and do not move from there so that others can also enjoy them. And the water of the pool was a little cold a little more temperature for this time of the year would be appreciated.

The hotel was perfect and in a central location, a short walk to Aveiro, which has plenty of character, shops, and restaurants. It was near tourist attractions.Revision: The hotel's perfect central location made it a great choice, just a short walk away from Aveiro's charming shops, restaurants, and city center. its proximity to tourist attractions was a convenient bonus.

location of the hotel is exceptional, on the canal and overlooking the old ceramic factory, is a step away from the center which is reached by walking to the edge of the channel, through a complete shopping area. Architecturally, building is beautiful and blends in perfectly with its surroundings. the access to it was extremely easy for us, being very well communicated with the motorway to Porto and highway to Costa Nova-Barra. We loved the facilities. Wide and clean rooms, comfortable bed and although the hotel was full, there was a silence that allowed us to take advantage of the night rest. staff was very friendly and attentive, ready to solve any doubt or question. We also spent some time at their spa, enjoying their circuit. breakfast buffet was well-stocked, presented and served. Nothing was missing at any time. It was a pleasure!

Hotel is very clean, central and comfortable.
It is bad that pool is charged even for the customers. I wish it was free for customers.
